Migliarina Fountain

Migliarina Fountain

As you can see, the town of Cutigliano is dotted with public fountains. We will mention the last one, since we cannot mention them all. The fountain in question is located near Piazza Catilina, where Via Garibaldi opens onto a small square. It is made of sandstone and brickwork and can be attributed to the 19th century, showing a style and execution technique typical of this period. It can be considered to be the work of local craftsmen. It features a monolithic pillar leaning against and framed by an architectural structure of squared ashlars forming an exedra, finished at the top by an entablature. Locality Cutigliano
